When it detonates it deals magic damage to the target and nearby enemies. If a Time Bomb is detonated early by another Time Bomb, it also stuns enemies. The Time Bomb can be recharged 2 times.

TWISTED TIMEFLOW

Makes time flow faster for himself, applying Fleeting Time to himself and gaining a damage absorbing shield. Zilean also grants Fleeting Time and identical shield to his nearest ally champion. Fleeting Time increases projectile speeds and grants move speed. Fleeting Time also increases Zilean’s ability haste.
