Ivern Tips and Tricks
- Ivern is a champion that clears jungle camps without damaging any of the monsters, this allows him to do fast ganks with a properly planned jungle route.
- Due to Ivern's weak early game, it is best to stay away from the enemy jungler until level six. Ivern can start dueling once Daisy! is unlocked, but he's mostly used for supporting others and setting up fights with his high amounts of CC and shield power.
- Brushmaker is best used to obfuscate enemy vision over your team. It can be incredibly useful when you're defending or sieging turrets, team fighting or killing Baron, Dragon and Herald. Beware! The enemies can also use the Ivern's brush to their advantage.
- The best Ivern combo starts with Daisy! and follows with Triggerseed on Daisy & quickly casting Rootcaller on the enemy. If the Rootcaller hits, you can click on the enemy to pull yourself and Daisy towards them while they're rooted. At this point the Triggerseed on Daisy will activate, damaging and slowing the enemy.

Ivern Jungle Pathing Guide
Jungle Pathing represents the choices jungle players make in regards to when and where to gank, invade or just path towards. It includes how camps and buffs are cleared between ganks, anticipating counterganks, and spotting opportunities for invading. Effective pathing requires deep understanding of your champion's abilities, their interactions, and how both team compositions play into those choices.
Full clear with a Murk Wolves start

The recommended jungle path for Ivern starts by marking Wolves, then Blue Buff and Gromp before crossing to Red side to mark Raptors and Red Buff. Place a ward in the Red brush to make sure the enemy isn't going to steal it, then return to collect Wolves, Blue Buff, and Gromp. Afterward, head back to pick up Raptors and Red Buff, then mark and instantly Smite Krugs to reach level four. This leaves one Smite ready for Rift Scuttler and sets you up to gank or pressure a nearby lane.
The route is designed to sync perfectly with Scuttler spawn while also saving one stack of Smite for it. An alternative variation is marking Red Buff first, then Raptors, Wolves, Blue Buff and Gromp. Afterwards, you run off to collect Raptors and Red Buff, then mark and Smite Krugs, then go back to collect the Blue Buff side.
Ivern doesn't really have ways to be aggressive early on, especially pre-level three since you end up on 100-200 health when marking five camps.
Spell leveling priority (levels 1-2-3): Rootcaller > Triggerseed > Brushmaker.
