Nidalee Tips and Tricks
- Nidalee is a very high skill champion and she is rather vulnerable to invades. On top of that, she also doesn't deal a lot of damage during the early game. This means that it's not preferable to duel the enemy jungler unless you're in a favorable matchup.
- Nidalee's passive skill Prowl grants her bonus movement speed while she moves through brush. Use this to your advantage in order to traverse through the jungle much faster.
- Bushwhack / Pounce can be used to jump through walls, allowing for an easy way to go in and out of the Baron and Dragon pit & avoid vision.
- Primal Surge / Swipe only hits enemies in front of Nidalee, so proper positioning is needed in order to hit jungle camps with multiple monsters, such as the Raptors camp.
- Javelin Toss / Takedown can do some serious amounts of damage at high range, always poke the enemy team with it before starting teamfights.

Nidalee Jungle Pathing Guide
Jungle Pathing represents the choices jungle players make in regards to when and where to gank, invade or just path towards. It includes how camps and buffs are cleared between ganks, anticipating counterganks, and spotting opportunities for invading. Effective pathing requires deep understanding of your champion's abilities, their interactions, and how both team compositions play into those choices.
Full clear with a Red Buff start

The recommended jungle path for Nidalee is a full clear starting at Red Brambleback with Javelin Toss / Takedown for single-target damage. At level two, take Primal Surge / Swipe and use her Cougar form to quickly clear Krugs and Raptors. These get you to level three, where you unlock Bushwhack / Pounce for traps and additional mobility. Move to Wolves, Gromp and Blue Buff last to hit level four, upgrading Javelin Toss / Takedown before contesting Scuttler and looking for a potential lane gank.
A Blue Buff start full clear is also a viable choice, and it boils down to which lane you'd like to focus on ganking. This variation gives you stronger early mana sustain, but delays the early Red Buff power for dueling or ganking.
Nidalee's aggression depends on landing Javelin Toss / Takedown spears and following up with Cougar form damage. At level three, she can already duel surprisingly well, making invades and Scuttler fights viable against weaker junglers.
