Shyvana Tips and Tricks
- Shyvana is a scaling champion, meaning she's weak during most of the early game. Always focus on getting as much farm and experience on her as you can. This will allow you to heavily outscale the enemy jungler.
- Scalemail gives Shyvana permanent Armor and Magic Resistance for each Dragon kill so try to get every Dragon that you can.
- Inferno Aegis gives Shyvana a substantial amount of bonus movement speed which can come in handy for ganking, chasing or running away from an enemy.
- Emberstrike makes Shyvana strike twice with a single basic attack, this synergizes really well with Molten Burst as it procs the mark's damage twice.
- AP Shyvana's main damage comes from using Dragon's Descent and Molten Burst so try to engage fights only when you have the ultimate ready.

Shyvana Jungle Pathing Guide
Jungle Pathing represents the choices jungle players make in regards to when and where to gank, invade or just path towards. It includes how camps and buffs are cleared between ganks, anticipating counterganks, and spotting opportunities for invading. Effective pathing requires deep understanding of your champion's abilities, their interactions, and how both team compositions play into those choices.
Full clear with a Raptor start

The recommended jungle path for Shyvana is a full clear emphasizing her scaling. Start at Raptors with Inferno Aegis for easy AoE damage since it triggers the jungle item's burn on every raptor mob. At level two, unlock Molten Burst and clear Krugs, then Red Brambleback to unlock Emberstrike. Move to Wolves, Gromp and Blue Buff last on the Blue side to reach level four, upgrade Molten Burst, then secure Rift Scuttler. Afterward, either gank a lane if there's an easy kill pickup or reset to buy items and continue power-farming until level six, grabbing the early Dragon objective in the process.
An alternative start is Red → Krugs → Raptors, but then you should start Molten Burst with the level 2 spell being optional, both Q or W are decent unlocks. I personally prefer Inferno Aegis for the AoE clear.
Shyvana's early aggression is limited but her dueling strength increases significantly with Red Buff active and the combo from Molten Burst + Emberstrike.
