Nunu Jungle Tips and Tricks

  • Nunu & Willump have excellent early game ganking potential due to the Biggest Snowball Ever! Gain control over one of the river Scuttlers so that you can use the speed boost and rush into a lane gank, not allowing the enemy team to have enough time in order to react.
  • Proper timing of Consume + Smite allows Nunu to essentially double smite a monster. This can come in handy for securing Dragons, Rift Heralds and Barons as there is nothing the enemy jungler can do in order to outsmite you.
  • Try to throw Snowball Barrage on as many enemies as you can, in order to root them in place.
  • Nunu's Absolute Zero can do tremendous amounts of damage when it gets fully charged, though you can also use it to gain a considerable shield or zone enemies in a teamfight.

Pro Nunu Jungle Path â€”three camps into gank from a Red Buff start

  • The Pro Nunu Jungle Path is a five camp clear which begins on the Red Brambleback, preferably with a leash from teammates to make the clear faster. At level one unlock Consume to clear the Red Buff and then unlock Biggest Snowball Ever! as the level two skill. Snowballing from the Red Brambleback to the Raptors camp allows Nunu to hit all of the smaller mobs and cast Consume on the big Raptor to clear the camp with ease. Next up do the Gromp as it will grant you level three. Snowball Barrage is unlocked at level three and now you're ready to gank. After ganking go back to the jungle to grab the Rift Scuttler, Blue Sentinel and Murk Wolves. Getting the Rift Scuttler kill as Nunu is really important because it allows the player to start using Biggest Snowball Ever! with bonus movement speed as this results in him rushing into a lane and not allowing the enemy team to react to the gank. Now you're able to gank again before recalling.
  • This Nunu Jungle Clear is very easy to do and even beginners will be able to pull it off.

Fast gank Nunu Jungle Path â€”lvl 2 gank with a Blue Buff start

  • This Nunu Jungle Path is a five camp clear with a fast level two gank incorporated into it. Ganking so early will tilt most opponents because they'll either die or have to use their Flash two and a half minutes into the game. Start killing the Blue Sentinel at level one with Consume unlocked, then do the Gromp next (Biggest Snowball Ever! being the level two unlock). Now you've got two choices, depending on the state of your middle lane. Either gank mid and path through it to get to your Raptors or go through your jungle to get to them. Either way, Raptors give you level three which unlocks Snowball Barrage. Now you're level three and can get an easy kill on middle lane if you ganked it previously and burnt their Flash. Otherwise, gank bottom/top lane depending on your side and grab the Rift Scuttler. After Rift Scuttler, go back to your jungle and kill the Red Brambleback & Krugs, after which you should be level four. Upgrade Consume and gank again.
  • The Fast Gank Nunu Jungle Clear is perfect for low elo ranked games because the opponents start giving up due to all the gank pressure you do within the early game.
