Briar Tips and Tricks
- Briar is a jungler that specializes in 1 vs 1 combat, always look into invading the enemy jungler when they're alone. A good strategy for this is to place a ward on either their Red Brambleback or Blue Sentinel and use Certain Death to kill them when they're least expecting it.
- Try to fight in the jungle, since Briar can push enemies into a wall and CC them using Chilling Scream.
- Briar is a great ganking jungler that excels on lanes which have good follow-up crowd control and damage.
- Using Head Rush is an important part of Briar's spell kit because it acts as both a gap-closer and keeps the enemy stunned while she damages them.
- Proper use of Chilling Scream will allow you to cancel Blood Frenzy / Snack Attack, sometimes saving you from most certain death, especially during tower dives, so don't waste it!
- Don't cast Head Rush too early in the Blood Frenzy / Snack Attack mode in order to maximize your damage output by having the bonus attack speed for as long as possible.

Briar Jungle Pathing Guide
Jungle Pathing represents the choices jungle players make in regards to when and where to gank, invade or just path towards. It includes how camps and buffs are cleared between ganks, anticipating counterganks, and spotting opportunities for invading. Effective pathing requires deep understanding of your champion's abilities, their interactions, and how both team compositions play into those choices.
Full clear with a lvl 3 gank from a Raptor start

The recommended jungle path for Briar starts on Raptors with Blood Frenzy / Snack Attack at level one. Clearing them grants level two, where you take Chilling Scream before moving to Red Buff and then Krugs. As you get level three, unlock Head Rush for gank pressure. After an optional gank and recall, move into Wolves, Blue Buff, and Gromp. This gets you level four, where you upgrade Blood Frenzy / Snack Attack before contesting Rift Scuttler if it's not already gone.
The route is simple and reliable, which makes it effective even for less experienced players. An alternative is starting Blue Buff into Gromp and Wolves before crossing to Red side and just continuing the full clear. This path keeps you healthier against early invades but delays level three and reduces early gank potential. It prioritizes safety over pressure.
